About The Tidy
Queens Corporation
Chief Executive Officer
In 2010, the founder of The Tidy Queens had a realization: a facilities maintenance provider should prioritize meeting the comprehensive needs of its customers, rather than just fulfilling a basic service. Shian recognized the demand for a superior janitorial service and embarked on an entrepreneurial venture to create The Tidy Queens. More than a decade later, The Tidy Queens has grown into the embodiment of that mission. We are proud to lead with environmentally friendly cleaning products, sustainable practices that manage plastic waste responsibly, and a people-first approach that offers higher wages, skills training, and steady employment. We believe that cleaning should do more than make spaces look good—it should create opportunity and contribute to a healthier planet. At The Tidy Queens Corporation, we aim to deliver a fully customized commercial janitorial experience that aligns with your specific goals and budget. We’re trained, equipped, and ready to meet your highest standards—every single time.
